About My Fundraising

I want us to have impact together for a cause that is dear to me, and for which I advocated for years which is mental health.

Today I am launching my campaign, Stronger than ever, advocating for women’s mental health and resilience.

I believe that women are stronger than they even dare to believe and that they are stronger than all the trauma they may have to face.

I’m organising for us, not one but two women-only self-defence classes to give you the tools to build strength, resilience and self-leadership.

In the UK, A-Sisterhood support women recovering from domestic abuse which we know leaves deep psychological trauma impacting the mental health of women.

We can only imagine the physical and psychological trauma that they have been through. With our funds, we will help them on the path to recovery so they can remember that they, too, are stronger than ever.
