Throughout my Miss Teen Wales journey, I have chosen to focus my campaign on promoting self-confidence and raising awareness of the unrealistic beauty standards often portrayed online. Social media can be a powerful tool, but it can also create harmful pressures that impact self-worth and mental wellbeing.
